Privacy Policy

This explains what information HatoLive collects when you shop with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the details you enter at checkout: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and, if you choose to provide them, an email address and delivery notes. We don't require you to create an account. If you pay by card, your card details are entered on our payment provider Geidea's secure page and are handled by Geidea; we only receive the result of the payment (for example, whether it succeeded), never your card number.

Your cart

Items you add to your cart are stored in your browser (using local storage), not on our servers, until you check out. Clearing your browser data will clear your cart.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to process, confirm, and deliver your order, and to contact you about it if needed. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number, and address with the courier delivering your order, to the extent needed to complete delivery. We don't share your information with advertisers, and this site doesn't run analytics or advertising tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about an order, or ask us to delete it, by contacting support@hatolive.co.
