These terms govern your use of HatoLive and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the listed product(s) at the listed price. We confirm each order by phone or the contact details you provide before it's dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, if the details you provided appear incorrect, or if we suspect fraud — and we'll let you know if that happens.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct a pricing error before an order is confirmed.

Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card at checkout, or choose Cash on Delivery and pay the courier when your order arrives. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Geidea, on its own payment page. Your card details are entered there directly and never reach or are stored by this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time you place an order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
